Summary

The Global PR and Influencer Executive will support the execution of the Global PR and influencer marketing initiatives to help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth for KAYALI across all regions. This role requires an organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in the beauty and fragrance industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Support the Global Influencer team in monitoring influencer performance and tracking Earned Media Value (EMV) across campaigns

· Manage and respond to enquiries within the Global Influencer inbox in a timely and professional manner

· Maintain and update influencer contact details, addresses, and profiles to ensure database accuracy

· Provide day-to-day gifting and seeding support, including coordination of product orders and send-outs

· Assist with preparing warehouse orders, influencer mailings, and sample distribution as required

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of influencer collaborations, gifting, and campaign activity

· Support influencer outreach efforts by drafting emails, communicating with creators, and maintaining contact databases

· Prepare purchase orders and support payment processing in line with internal procedures

· Work closely with the logistics team to manage influencer shipments and resolve delivery issues

· Support the execution of influencer relationships and partnerships, including seeding coordination, deliverable tracking, and timeline management

· Utilize influencer analytics tools (such as Tribe Dynamics) to help track, analyze, and report on campaign performance

· Aid in preparing updates and reports based on campaign activity and industry trends

· Support agency coordination as needed to ensure smooth workflow and communication

· Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging, deliverables, and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, social media, or related roles
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfort with data tracking and basic analysis
• Interest in the beauty and fragrance industry and awareness of key creators and media outlets
• Familiarity with influencer and PR tools (Tribe Dynamics) is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
