Rgheeb is looking for an ambitious and experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across our diverse product offerings. • Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies successfully.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
