About the location:
AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Mechanic to join our hotel’s Engineering & Maintenance team. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of the property by ensuring all hotel facilities, equipment, and systems are well-maintained and functioning efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our guests and colleagues.
What You Will Do
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on hotel equipment, guest rooms, back-of-house facilities, and building systems.
• Diagnose mechanical issues related to HVAC units, pumps, engines, kitchen equipment, laundry machinery, and other hotel-related systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventive maintenance actions.
• Repair or replace mechanical components to ensure equipment meets safety and operational standards.
• Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and maintenance reports.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized workshop and maintenance area.
• Support hotel operations during emergencies, equipment failures, or special events.
What You Bring
• High school diploma or technical training in mechanics, engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience as a General Mechanic, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, engines, HVAC, pumps, electrical components, and hydraulics.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools and mechanical repair equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship.Preferred:
• Experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, or carpentry work.
• Certifications in mechanical or technical trades.

Schedule & Hours
This is a full-time operational role in a hotel environment. Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business levels and maintenance needs.
