Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations in Novotel Al Sahafah Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
• Oversee all operational aspects of the organization, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, controlling costs, optimizing revenue streams, and delivering measurable business results
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, partners, and clients, building and maintaining strong relationships that support business objectives
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement
