Join Our Front Office Team as a Front Office/Shift Leader at the First Vignette Collection in KSA!

We are looking for a welcoming, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Office/Shift Leader to be the first point of contact and the face of the First Vignette Collection in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). This is a pivotal role for individuals passionate about creating exceptional, personalized experiences and launching a successful career in luxury hospitality. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Front Office/Shift Leader for the efficient operations of reception including check-in and check-out procedures

• Supporting team members in handling guest requests and enquiries to ensure a positive outcome is achieved

• Ensuring that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments

• Demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times

• Advising the team of any special events or VIP guests in the hotel

• Understanding thoroughly all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties

• Monitoring the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork

• Maximizing room occupancy and using up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities

• Ensuring Team Members have current knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties

• Demonstrating positive leadership characteristics that inspire Team Members to exceed standards

• Acting in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front office equipment and property management systems

• Following and adhering to company brand standards

• Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships with Team Members

• Working with your Manager to identify a specific project to complete during your internship placement

• What we need from you:

• Previous experience in a 5-star luxury hotel

• Desire to progress within the hospitality industry

• Positive attitude and good communication skills

• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service

• Excellent grooming standards

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Competent level of IT proficiency

• Must speak fluent English
