FP&A Section Head

Alomar Holding Company, a leading investment group in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an FP&A Section Head to join its Riyadh-based team. As part of a diversified organization specializing in real estate development, property management, and strategic business ventures, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s mission of sustainable growth and value creation. This position offers the opportunity to drive financial planning and analysis excellence, directly impacting business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the annual budget preparation and multi-year financial planning processes
• Developing rolling forecasts and conducting variance analysis to monitor financial performance
• Building and maintaining financial models for business planning, scenario analysis, and profitability assessment
• Preparing executive management reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
• Analyzing business performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Partnering with department heads to provide financial guidance and insights
• Supporting M&A analysis, investment evaluation, and business case development
• Coordinating with accounting teams to align actuals and forecasts
• Driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes and toolsRequirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• 5+ years of budgeting and FP&A experience
• Experience leading annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
• Expertise in building financial models for business planning and scenario analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and intermediate proficiency with Power BI for dashboarding and reporting
• Proficient in Arabic and English
• Valid Saudi Arabia work authorization/iqama
• Experience preparing and presenting FP&A reporting to executive management
• Experience partnering with department heads and business stakeholders on budgeting and performance management
• Available to start within 30 days or less

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Odoo as an ERP/accounting system
• FP&A experience in the real estate sector
• Professional finance certification (CFA, CMA, FMVA, or equivalent)Benefits
