Foreman Engineer - RO Plant Well Boring Operation

Apt Resources is seeking a skilled Foreman Engineer to lead the RO Plant Well Boring Operation in a remote area of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of well boring activities for the reverse osmosis (RO) plant, ensuring efficient operations, safety compliance, and timely project completion. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership abilities in well drilling and water treatment plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day well boring operations for the RO plant.
• Coordinate and manage the drilling teams to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Inspect and maintain equipment used in well boring and ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions to avoid delays.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Prepare reports on work progress, equipment status, and site conditions.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Environmental Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Foreman Engineer in well boring or water treatment plant projects.
• Strong knowledge of RO plant operations and well drilling techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in drilling operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in field operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments.
• Must be willing to work in a remote area in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Benefits
