Ontime Group is seeking a bilingual Filipino/Arabic Receptionist to join our Aesthetic and Longevity Clinic located in Jumeirah. This role requires a warm and professional individual who can effectively communicate with our diverse clientele while providing excellent front-desk support and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic’s calendar efficiently
• Provide detailed information about aesthetic and longevity services offered at the clinic
• Assist clients with check-in and check-out, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas
• Handle billing, payment processing, and insurance verification where applicable
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and feedback Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in an aesthetic clinic or similar healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor
• Proficient with appointment scheduling and clinic management software
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
