Job Overview
As a Field Specialist III, you will apply established techniques, procedures, and best practices to perform complex field operations across a wide range of intervention and fishing services. This role requires hands-on expertise in drilling tools, whipstock, and wellbore intervention, ensuring reliable service delivery and operational excellence. You will work closely with multiple product lines to support field activities, troubleshoot challenges, and uphold the highest safety and service quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and support in fishing operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices, driving continuous improvement in fishing operations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex fishing challenges, proposing innovative solutions to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fishing operations, ensuring compliance and adherence to safety standards.Skills:
- Expert knowledge of fishing operations and techniques
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environmentQualifications:
- 5 – 10 years of experience of field-related experience, preferably as a driller on a rig or in a fishing or intervention role
- Drilling and Intervention background
- Hands-on experience in Fishing, Whipstock, and Wellbore Intervention
- Broad knowledge of Fishing products and services, acquired through comprehensive Workshop & Class training
- Exceptional organization and communication skills to effectively present yourself as a technical Fishing & Re-Entry specialist to clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers, fostering strong relationships
- General knowledge of various completion methods (e.g., Cased-Hole/Open-Hole completions)
- Physical capability to respond promptly to emergency situations
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Well control certification is preferred#LI-MD1
Requirements
