Job Overview:
The Field Specialist II is responsible for executing field operations using standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to deliver Weatherford products and services at the well site. Depending on experience and competency level, the role may perform tasks under direct supervision or operate independently, supporting complex operations and troubleshooting technical issues. Intermediate and senior-level Field Specialists serve as the primary interface with clients at the well site, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards. Senior-level incumbents may provide technical guidance, perform engineering checks, mentor junior staff, and support the installation of advanced technologies and complex equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute field operations, including tool checking and taking measurement, job execution, and post-job reporting.
- Operate downhole tools and other equipment according to work instructions and competency level.
- Run downhole tools and prepare BHA (Bottom Hole Assembly) designs.
- Oversee jobs at client locations, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.
- Perform wellbore cleaning and PBL jobs.
- Complete all job-related documentation accurately and within required timeframes, including client tickets, job logs, utilization sheets, WPTS entries, job reports, and invoicing documentation.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to recommend services and technical solutions.
- Provide 24-hour on-call support as required to meet customer needs.
- Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in a safe and presentable condition.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the role.Skills :

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
