Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment, which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.
Partner with the best
The responsibility is to supervise drilling of oil & gas wells across India in different drilling environments.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of assigned Directional Systems services at the well site.
- Completing successful advanced technical training and assigned well site development programs.
- Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies ,Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
- Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalismFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 3 years of experience in Directional Drilling
- Be a Petroleum or Mechanical engineering graduate
- Have an Industry experience and product-line training required.
- Have a basic knowledge of MWD
- Have a good mechanical aptitude.Work in a way that works for you

Requirements
- •3 years of experience in Directional Drilling
