Position Summary:
If you are a Service Engineer – Measurement Solutions professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to work with Emerson’s industry‑leading measurement technologies while delivering exceptional service to customers across the energy and process industries. You will play a key role in commissioning, maintaining, and optimising Emerson Roxar Multiphase Flow Meters (MPFM), Water Cut Meters (WCM), Subsea Wet Gas Meters (SWGM), Precision Flow Meters, Flare Gas Ultrasonic Flow Meters, and other measurement products. Through technical expertise, collaboration, and customer engagement, you will help strengthen customer loyalty while supporting the growth of Emerson’s after‑sales services business.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Carry out start‑up and commissioning activities, fault analysis, investigations, and repair work for Multiphase Flow Meters, Water Cut Meters, Subsea Wet Gas Meters, Precision Flow Meters, Flare Gas Ultrasonic Flow Meters, and other measurement products, including planning, execution, and customer reporting.
• Provide advanced technical support to customers for the maintenance and optimisation of Emerson measurement solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, site walk‑downs, and installed‑base assessments to identify upgrade and consulting opportunities in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Guide and coach Field Service Engineers in troubleshooting activities, deliver technical training, and provide support in escalated service situations, particularly for complex measurement products.
• Plan and execute Long‑Term Service Agreements (LTSA) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) in line with contractual scope, terms, and conditions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long‑term loyalty and sustainable growth of the services business.
• Ensure agreed performance metrics are measured, analysed, and acted upon to meet or exceed key performance indicators and Perfect Execution standards.
• Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation and implement appropriate actions.
• Consistently apply Emerson business processes, tools, and standard practices to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and actively promote a safe working culture.
• Perform other responsibilities aligned with the role as assigned by the line manager.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
• An engineering qualification in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing service, commissioning, and technical support activities in a relevant industrial or process control environment.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Extensive hands‑on experience in commissioning, start‑up, and servicing of Multiphase Flow Meters, Water Cut Meters, Subsea Wet Gas Meters, Precision Flow Meters, and Flare Gas Ultrasonic Flow Meters.
• Practical experience with field installation of measurement products, along with a strong working knowledge of service techniques, tools, and procedures.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse, global team.
