As our operations continue to expand across regions, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Monitor (Quality Control) to play a vital on-ground role in ensuring service excellence and operational compliance.
This position is essential in strengthening field supervision, enhancing biker performance, reducing customer complaints, and ensuring adherence to operational standards. The Field Monitor will conduct direct site visits, evaluate real-time performance, document findings, and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Monitoring & Compliance
• Conduct daily field visits to monitor bikers’ adherence to approved quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify, document, and report violations and operational observations using approved templates.
• Conduct customer visits when required to evaluate service quality.
2. Performance Evaluation & Quality Improvement
• Assess biker performance based on defined KPIs and quality standards.
• Analyze evaluation outcomes to identify strengths and improvement areas.
• Provide actionable recommendations to enhance performance and reduce operational errors.
• Propose practical solutions for issues identified during field inspections.
3. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare detailed periodic reports on field visits and performance evaluations.
• Submit structured reports including findings and recommendations to management and relevant departments.
• Maintain and update records within approved systems in line with company policies.
4. Follow-Up & Implementation
• Follow up on corrective actions in coordination with concerned departments.
• Verify implementation of recommendations and ensure measurable performance improvement.
• Contribute to enhancing operational procedures based on field observations.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Support teams to address daily challenges.
• Collect necessary data and documentation from relevant departments.
• Promote a culture of quality, compliance, and accountability within field teams.Requirements
• Ability to conduct on-ground inspections and apply approved quality standards accurately.
• Willingness and ability to relocate temporarily to Riyadh for a two-week training program prior to full deployment.
