FASHION COORDINATOR– INTERN

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Fashion Coordinator Intern, you will support the Learning Manager in designing, coordinating and executing training and engagement initiatives for CHANEL across the Middle East. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail training, team engagement and event coordination, while contributing to the growth of one of the world’s most iconic brands.

WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

• Assist in preparing training materials, including presentations, toolkits and e-learning content, ensuring they reflect CHANEL’s standards of excellence.
• Support logistics for in-class and virtual training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
• Track attendance, participation and completion of training modules to support people development.
• Gather feedback from training sessions and compile post-training reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Help plan and organize team engagement events, such as workshops, team gatherings and Coco Club activities.
• Design interactive and creative engagement activities to foster motivation and collaboration among boutique teams.
• Maintain communication materials (emails, newsletters, invitations) for learning and engagement initiatives.
• Update learning trackers for both internal and partner boutiques, ensuring clear visibility of progress.
• Compile reports on Pulse Index and sales team development KPIs.
• Monitor progress on individual learning paths to support tailored development for each team member.
• Coordinate schedules, invitations and follow-ups for training programs and engagement activities.
• Provide logistical support for regional travel, boutique visits, and events.
• Maintain an organized filing system for training documents and engagement plans.ENERGIZERS

• A genuine passion for people development and the luxury retail industry.REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or recent graduate in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Luxury Management, or a related field
• Previous experience or coursework in training, people development or event coordination is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
