The Facility Incharge - BISCAT (Facility & Housing) at ABIS is responsible for managing and overseeing all facility and housing operations within the camp. This role ensures that all facilities are maintained to a high standard, providing a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for all residents and staff. Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the operation and maintenance of camp facilities and housing units.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repair and upkeep of facilities.
• Supervise housing allocation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained throughout the facility and housing areas.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Prepare reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and housing status.
• Handle and resolve any issues or complaints related to facilities or housing.
• Monitor inventory and procurement of facility-related supplies and equipment.Requirements
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility and housing management, preferably in camp or oil & gas environments.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, safety, and housing management.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage resources effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work in challenging environments and adapt to changing situations.
