F & I Hub In-Charge

Job purpose

To oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the Finance & Insurance HUB, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all F&I-related documentation, coordination with dealerships and financial institutions, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role is key in supporting sales by facilitating smooth financing and insurance solutions for customers while maintaining operational efficiency and service quality.

Job responsibilities

Financial Target achievement

• Responsible for achieving Bank Approval Ratio for Retail and Fleet as per set targets by line manager.

• Monitor and control Fleet deal placement to banks in panel and follow ups with banks on the progress and decision of the deal application.

• Monitor and control placement of deals to bank to have balance distribution of business to help achieve bank commission target

• Tracking of escalation / deviation cases, ensuring these are elevated to banks management on priorities.

Strategic Implementation

• Identify and discuss to line manager the key performers among HUB executives and delegate task for improving operational business process

• Daily monitoring Deals placement in Seriti if all are with panel banks, rechecking with HUB Executive for deals with non-panel banks

• Ensuring daily reports are sent out by HUB executives to Sales Managers on daily basis.

• Supervise the daily operations of HUB Team in the absence of Line Manager

Process Development

• Supervise and assist HUB teams in Showrooms for better coordination with Sales team and Banks

• Daily monitoring Deals placement in Seriti if all are with panel banks, rechecking with HUB Executive for deals with non-panel.

• Daily monitoring Deals placement in Seriti if all are with panel banks, rechecking with HUB Executive for deals with non-panel.

• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly MIS HUB Tracker Report to line manager as per schedule.

• Maintaining accurate and efficient MIS Reports- Leasing Deals on Power BI

• Regular Showroom visits – meet BM, SE, Bankers understand the challenges and address them to the Line Manager for solutions.

• Supervising the accurateness of Validation of bank LPO’s by the F&I HUB Exe for all direct deal cases.

• Responsible on Seriti inceptions and account reconciliation for incepted deals

Customer Journey

• Maintaining good rapport with banks and sales executives and peers alike

• Assist SE on any bank related challenges on floor

• Actively involvement on Seriti enhancement Reporting, MIS, Dashboards, and future automation

Stakeholder Management

• Manages Refresher Training for HUB Team and Sales Executive for any process, system and work alike in HUB/Bank Process.

• Coordinate with Seriti Technical team for any system enhancement and system issue arises

• Supervise full SME deals and the Fleet HUB process ensuring all deals are placed to F&I Hub and Seriti

• Monitor Assist HUB teams in Showrooms for better coordination with Sales team and Banks

• Assist Sales Dept on any bank issues on the floor and resolving them in timely and efficient manner

• Weekly visits to NE Showrooms

Learning & Growth

• Coordinate and conduct practical training for Hub executives and SE for any changes in system process

• Coordinate for Team building activities designed by Line Manager to boost productivity for peers alike.

• Preparing allocations of Hub executives in showrooms whenever required from business call.

• Identify areas of development for F&I HUB executives and recommend trainings to line manager

• Attend trainings endorsed by line manager for career development

Policies, Procedures and Corporate Governance

• Reconcile Seriti reports with Sales Reports Oracle on a monthly basis

• Assisting the MIS & Planning Manager for the reconciliation of Seriti Incepted deals for pay-out purpose.

• Manages Seriti system and trainings.

Educational Qualification

• A university degree graduate

Work Experience

• 3-year experience in a Retail / Consumer banking environment

Competencies

• Outdoor Sales, or in Back-Office Sales/ Ops Co-ordination Function, Or Retail Credit functions.

• Good understanding of Frontend Auto Sales Processes at Dealerships.

• General market knowledge on Auto Industry.

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, follow-up and tracking skills.

• Good attitude and PC skills.

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Flexibility in work timings and willingness to work in Dealer office.
