Job Purpose:
The F&I Hub Executive is responsible for managing and facilitating Finance and Insurance (F&I) transactions for automotive sales. The role ensures smooth coordination between customers, dealerships, financial institutions, and insurance providers to enhance the customer experience and maximise revenue. The executive must ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Follow up on deal placements in line with the Line Manager’s guidelines.
• Maintain daily updates on deal statuses and progress for Sales Executives (SEs) and Branch Managers (BMs).
• Perform daily reconciliation of Retail DSL/SML to ensure all bank deals are applied in the Seriti system.
• Understand and adhere to FICS system processes using the Seriti platform.
• Maintain Work in Process (WIP) at a minimum level within the Seriti system.
• Ensure maximum approvals are received from banks within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Track deals in a timely manner, ensuring proper follow-ups and updates in the Seriti system.
• Escalate issues, when required, to the Operations Manager or Hub In-Charge.
• Attend monthly FICS meetings with Sales teams, BMs, and bankers at showroom locations.
• Follow up on and complete tasks assigned by the Operations Manager and Hub In-Charge.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards at all times.
• Follow up on and implement any process or policy developments or changes communicated by the Hub In-Charge.
• Work collaboratively and maintain a strong team spirit with all stakeholders and peers.
• Be allocated to showrooms alongside the Sales team to provide easy access for SEs requiring bank assistance.
• Validate bank LPOs for direct deals across all AWR Automotive entities.
• Ensure accurate and complete customer data entry in the Seriti system.
• Achieve set targets for Retail and Fleet business in line with bank approval ratios.
• Ensure regular deal inception and closure.
• Coordinate leasing deals from showroom application stage through to finalisation.
• Maintain timely and regular attendance as a core performance expectation.
• Review documentation for HFA leads from Seriti before submitting assessments to Tele Sales.
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Work Experience
• 2–5 years of banking or F&I Hub experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
Competencies
• Strong knowledge of vehicle financing, loan processing, and insurance products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of compliance awareness.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of the Seriti system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Languages
• Excellent command of English
• Arabic (desirable)
Requirements
