Responsibilities
- •Process orders, quotations, and analyze value, volume, and margin calculations
- •Create Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, and Pricing
- •Coordinate with logistics and 3rd party providers for freight quotations
- •Manage SGS Certification (Kenya) and quality checks
- •Coordinate with customers and finance for payments and CAD documentation
- •Handle language translation for ingredient lists and export checklists
- •Monitor customs payments and follow-ups
- •Generate reports including Export Pipeline, Travel Retail Pipeline, Shipment Reports, and Sales Forecasts
