Export Documentation
• Prepare accurate commercial invoices, packing lists, and all required export documentation.
• Arrange and process Health Certificates, Certificates of Origin (COO), and other regulatory documents.
• Coordinate with authorities to obtain Phytosanitary Certificates as per destination country requirements.
• Review and confirm draft Bill of Lading (BL) or Air Waybill (AWB) with shipping lines or airlines.

Logistics & Coordination

• Coordinate with agents and consignees to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely delivery.
• Follow up on clearance procedures and ensure shipments are connected to the consignee’s warehouse without delays.
• Monitor shipment movement and provide timely updates to internal teams and customers.
Compliance & Record Management
• Ensure all export operations comply with UAE regulations and international trade requirements.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date records of all export documents and shipment files.
• Track regulatory changes related to export documentation, certificates, and destination country requirements.
Communication & Customer Handling
• Act as the primary point of contact for consignees, agents, and logistics partners.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies, shipment delays, and coordination issues.
• Provide professional communication and support throughout the export process.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2–4 years of experience in export operations within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, COO, health certificates, and phytosanitary requirements.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, transporters, agents, and consignees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage time‑sensitive operations.
