As Experience Supervisor, I fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them, plus our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness. By embracing the Six Senses vision and values, I will deliver an exceptional experience for guests and develop hosts to be the very best they can be.
I will work strategically with the Guest Experience and Front Office team to develop cohesive and productive goals for my department and establish procedures/guidelines to achieve them. I will support an overall consistency of the Company’s vision, quality/standards and develop concepts consistent with brand identity.
My scope of work includes:
• To connect with guests such that their stays with us are filled with exciting and engaging activities.
• To oversee third-party watersport providers, ensuring that they operate within Six Senses approved brand standards.
• Upsell our crafted experiences, watersport activities, daily resort activities, and other company approved excursions external to the resort.
• To document, organize and bill, all above experiences as per company policy, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• To further develop our relationship with experience providers, with the aim of consolidating direct contracts with said providers.
• To continue creating Six Senses Crafted Experiences, highlighting local heritage, history, ecology, and wellness within the UAE in correlation with our brand Pillars.
• To anticipate guest needs and expectations, curating Out of the Ordinary moments, ensuring a positive, unforgettable stay.
• To create and maintain the quality of all experience related collaterals, ensuring up to date Experience books, Okami, and other communication channels.
• Effectively carry out service recovery or charge our hosts to do so in the event of guest complaints
• To take ownership of the financial health of experiences department.
• To be responsible for the physical inventory of the experiences department.
• To maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
• Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
• To ensure all activities undertaken by the department are ethical, and aligned with Six Senses sustainability and wellness standards
Qualifications
To execute the position of Experiences Supervisor, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results. I possess the equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management or Business Administration, and three years or more experience in a similar luxury hotel role plus multi-departmental experience.
Technical skills include a moderate fluency of Opera & MS Suite. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English with some knowledge of the local language and customs.
I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.

Requirements
- •Equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or Business Administration
- •3+ years of experience in a similar luxury hotel role
- •Multi-departmental experience
