Job Purpose
Provide secretarial support to Group Head and assist in the general management of day-to-day affairs of the GH’s office and efficiently carry out job assignments.
Key Result Areas
Executive & Administrative Support
• Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the GH of Retail Banking.
• Manage calendars, appointments and meeting schedules.
• Business Travel assistance – Visa, flight and hotel bookings
• Handle GH reimbursements/claims and Team Expense in compliance with the policy.
• Raise Vendor Invoices through Oracle Fusion Procurement System
Communication & Coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the GH and Division Heads.
• Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion.
Documentation & Records Management
• Maintain and organize confidential documents, files, and records in compliance with banking and regulatory requirements.
Workshop & Event Management
• Organize Townhalls, workshops, and internal events.
• Coordinate logistics including meeting rooms, catering, and vendor arrangements.
Compliance & Confidentiality
• Handle sensitive customer, financial, and business information with strict confidentiality.
• Ensure administrative processes align with internal bank policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good command over English.
• Experience handling senior level executives and confidential information
