Key Responsibilities:
· Act as the trusted support to the General Manager, managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence while ensuring effective communication across all hotel departments.
· Serve as a liaison between the General Manager, hotel staff, guests, and external stakeholders.
· Support the General Manager on various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
· Coordinate meetings as required, including organizing and attending the weeklies meetings.
· Draft responses to guest questionnaires, concerns, complaints, and other correspondence for the General Manager’s approval.
· Translate communications and assist in representing the General Manager when required
· Prepare complimentary forms, upgrade requests, and gift vouchers as needed.
· Understand the responsibilities of all hotel departments and collaborate closely with them.
· Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
· Demonstrate a professional attitude and behavior at all times.
· Establish and maintain various filing / records / database of business contacts, trace pending items and follow up as appropriate
· Attend executive meetings to record accurate minutes and track follow-up action items.
· Coordinate logistics for Senior Executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events.
· Screen and redirect incoming phone calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters.
- Draft, proofread, and format official correspondence, memos, and professional reports.
· Maintain highly organized electronic and physical filing systems for easy information retrieval.
Requirements:
• Saudi National
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or a related field is typically preferred.
• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, or similar role (hospitality experience preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Strong English and Arabic proficiency required (translation/interpretation ability preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with hotel PMS systems is a plus
• Superior time-management and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage confidential data and maintain integrity.

Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- •Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant
