Job Description :
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces (Namshi , Noon , Trendyol , Etc)
- Upload and maintain product pricing, promotional offers, and discounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless operations.
- Upload daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor inventory availability and coordinate stock updates to minimize cancellations and stock-outs.
- Ensure product information and pricing are accurate across all marketplaces.
- Track order processing and coordinate with fulfilment teams for timely dispatch.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics, including sales, cancellations, returns, and customer ratings.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for operational issues, campaigns, and promotions.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and marketplace events.
- Resolve listing errors, pricing discrepancies, and catalog issues.
- Prepare regular MIS reports and performance dashboards.
