Our client, a prestigious government entity, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant who is fluent in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support, manage communications, and assist in data reporting and presentations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management
• Prepare and manage Excel sheets, reports, and dashboards
• Create professional presentations using tools such as PowerPoint and other data visualization software
• Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and circulate official notes and communications
• Handle official correspondence in both Arabic and English with a high level of professionalism
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, dashboards, and presentation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience supporting senior executives, preferably within a government or corporate environment Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in taxation and legalization processes is an advantage
• Familiarity with government procedures and documentation
