Responsibilities

• Execute trades efficiently across global markets, ensuring minimal market impact and adherence to strategy mandates. To monitor transaction costs and to always ensure we are paying the most efficient commissions and spreads with market participants.
• Collaborate with quant devs to design, test, and refine execution algorithms.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, and technology teams to enhance trading tools and monitoring frameworks.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies. Requirements

• Bachelors degree. Preferably in a STEM related field.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language like Python. Or willingness to learn this proficiency.
• Comfortable working shifts and covering for colleagues during special situationsBenefits
