We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for an Events & Catering Senior Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
- As an Events & Catering Senior Sales Manager, you will lead the hotel's events sales strategy while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maximizing revenue. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and overseeing daily sales and coordination activities for weddings, conferences, social events, and catering operations.
- Driving individual and team performance to consistently exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase banquet revenue, catering business, weddings, conferences, room occupancy, and food & beverage sales.
- Identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with key corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, and industry partners.
- Monitoring sales performance through detailed monthly reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.
- Collaborating closely with the Director of Sales to develop departmental strategies and achieve commercial objectives.
- Mentoring and supporting the events sales team to maximize performance and deliver exceptional client service.
- Leading high-profile client negotiations, site inspections, and event planning to ensure flawless execution and long-term business partnerships.What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales, events, or catering within the hospitality industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully handling luxury weddings, large-scale events, conferences, and catering operations.
- Strong knowledge of the local market, business environment, and established client network.
- Proven leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a strong commercial mindset.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.What you can expect from us:

Requirements
