We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we’re searching for an Events & Catering Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Each day brings variety, with responsibilities centered around delivering exceptional events and catering experiences. You will be expected to:
- Oversee daily sales and coordination activities for events and catering operations
- Achieve individual and team revenue targets to maximize overall profitability
- Develop and execute strategic sales and event plans to drive incremental revenue, including room occupancy, average rate growth, banquet and food & beverage sales, and event volume
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly performance reports to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and external stakeholders
What We need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in hospitality, hotel sales, events, or catering, including manager experience leading a team
- Strong understanding of local market trends, business environment, and client networks

Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- •Minimum 4 years experience in hospitality sales, events, or catering
- •Experience leading a team
- •Strong understanding of local market trends
- •Strong client relationship management skills
