About the role

In the world of business, most people see communication as content production, a checklist of posts, emails, and releases. We see it differently. We see communication as Narrative Architecture. It is the bridge between a complex strategy and a human emotion.

We are looking for Builders. Not just writers, but architects of perception who understand that business writing is about more than information,it’s about resonance.

Your responsibilities

• On-Ground Execution: Act as our primary representative in Riyadh, managing site visits, vendor coordination, and the physical setup of activations to ensure every detail is "Tamara-standard."

• Translate Ideas into Reality: Take open-ended, conceptual creative ideas and turn them into tangible, physical experiences that resonate with our users.

• Vendor & Partner Management: Effectively find a way to work with everyone through empathy and respect, managing local suppliers and partners to ensure seamless delivery.

• Creative Problem Solving: Support creative endeavors by experimenting with new formats. You are willing to learn through mistakes and iterate quickly to improve quality output.

• End-to-End Support: Oversee the lifecycle of an activation - from initial brainstorming to final execution.

Your expertise

• Riyadh-Based: You are currently on the ground in Riyadh and excited to be in the office and at event sites regularly.

• The "Builder" Background: You have a proven track record of leading, perhaps as a head of a college club, a lead organizer of student events, or a volunteer coordinator. You know how to rally people.

• Stellar Communication: You can articulate the rationale behind decisions to team leaders and give/take feedback effectively to ensure top-tier execution.

• Obsessive Curiosity: A keen interest in the "how" and "why" behind activations. You stay ahead of trends in the Saudi events landscape.

Action-Oriented: You don't wait for instructions; you identify what needs to be done and move with urgency.
