Job Summary
As an ERP Administrator Assistant (Odoo), you will play a vital role in supporting the daily efficiency of Sealy Mattress Middle East's Odoo ERP ecosystem. Serving as a manufacturing-driven business, your primary focus will be to deliver immediate functional support, streamline cross-departmental operations, resolve data backlogs, and ensure seamless system configurations across production, logistics, sales, and finance environments.
Key Responsibilities
• First-Line System Support: Act as the first point of contact for Odoo-related issues from users in finance, retail sales, warehouse, and production teams.
• Master Data Management: Input, verify, and maintain master corporate data records, including detailed bills of materials (BOM), products, price lists, customer databases, and supplier files.
• Data Cleansing & Entry: Clean ongoing system backlogs by auditing, verifying, and reconciling historical and pending stock movements, invoices, and transactions.
• Module Configuration: Support module testing, updates, functional setups, and active rollout procedures for new features or standard implementations.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Design, customize, and generate functional ERP reports and visibility dashboards for upper management and specific department leads.
• Vendor Coordination: Partner with external Odoo implementers, developers, and consultants to debug errors and monitor performance adjustments.
• System Auditing: Participate in periodic inventory data audits, warehouse stock counts, and system reconciliations for month-end/year-end closing procedures.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field. Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of practical hands-on experience specifically as an ERP Administrator or Assistant managing an Odoo environment.
- Solid functional understanding of key modules: Sales, Purchase, Inventory/Warehouse, Accounting, and Manufacturing.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel pivot tables, complex lookups, data scrubbing, and bulk formatting for CSV imports).
- Strong capability to clearly document internal operational processes and train non-technical system users. Eligibility & Demographics
- Indian or Pakistani nationality exclusively.
- Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia (preference for candidates localized in Jeddah).
- Must hold a valid, transferable Iqama (applications without an immediately transferable Iqama will not be processed).
- Target Demographics: Male applicants preferred, ideally within the age bracket of 25–40 years old.
