Environmental Engineer

HanmiGlobal is seeking a passionate and skilled Environmental Engineer to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability initiatives on our projects. You will be responsible for assessing environmental impact, developing mitigation strategies, and collaborating with project teams to promote environmentally responsible practices throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental assessments and audits to evaluate compliance with local and international environmental standards.
• Analyze data on air, water, and soil quality and develop reports on environmental impact.
• Design and implement environmental management systems and sustainability programs.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify environmental risks and create strategies to mitigate them.
• Prepare and provide training workshops for project teams on environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
• Keep abreast of changes in environmental legislation and ensure projects adhere to current regulations.
• Engage with stakeholders and regulatory agencies to ensure transparent communication regarding environmental concerns.Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in environmental engineering, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Experience with environmental impact assessments and report writing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ISO certification for environmental management systems is a plus.
