We are looking for an entry level analyst to support day-to-day reporting and basic accounting at a small, professionally managed family office. The role is ideal for a recent graduate who is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and eager to learn how a family office is run.
Main Responsibilities
• Maintain up-to-date records of investments, cash balances, and liabilities across banks, brokers, and fund managers.
• Prepare periodic portfolio reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) outlining holdings, valuation movements, cash flows, and performance tracking.
• Support bookkeeping activities including recording expenses, income entries, and maintaining entity ledgers.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and performing reconciliations between internal records and bank or broker statements.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and administrators for audits, tax filings, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare MIS reports and ad-hoc analysis using Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools as requested by senior management.
• Maintain organized digital and physical documentation including contracts, statements, invoices, and compliance files.
• Provide operational support related to investments, payments, reporting, and administrative processes as the family office grows.Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in accounting, audit, finance operations, or relevant internship/graduate roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, data organization, and reporting.
• Good understanding of core accounting principles including journals, ledgers, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet fundamentals.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
