Enterprise Risk & Operational Risk Management Consultant

Summary:
Manage enterprise and operational risk frameworks aligned with ISO 31000, COSO ERM, and SAMA requirements, supporting governance and informed decision-making.

Responsibilities:
Identify, assess, and monitor risks across the organization. Conduct risk and control assessments, maintain risk registers, and recommend mitigation actions. Develop and implement risk frameworks, policies, and procedures. Prepare risk reports, KRIs, and dashboards. Support audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in banking. Strong knowledge of ISO 31000 and COSO ERM. Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
