Key Accountabilities
• Achieve target productivity and quality scores in order to meet customer experience and KPI goals.
• Deliver against lead generation targets by using skills and knowledge of products and services to consistently identify opportunities in order to maximize sales potential through the outbound calling.
• Pre-Process databases, filter and analyses data to classify leads based on defined criteria (e.g.: intention to purchase, company profile, opportunity size etc.)
• Support in generating good quality of leads to ensure lower churn rates and higher customer loyalty.
• Capture customer data (e.g.: company profile, customer interest in products and/or services, contact information etc.)
• Prioritize leads classified and Distribute leads to sales channels.
Qualifications, experience, skills and competencies
Qualifications:
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing or a related field. Degree in business or IT an advantage.
Experience:
• 5 - 8 years in a similar/relevant role with minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferably in IT or Telecoms.
• Understanding and experience of sales management role in Telecommunication industry preferably in mass and SME market sector
• Good understanding of Mobile and Fixed services
• Good understanding of driving sales through partners
Skills
• Specific experience in directly setting up third party channel partnerships within the virtual network operators (VNO), system integrators (SI), network integrators (NI), value added resellers (VAR) & voice integrators (VI)
• Knowledge of the VNO, SI, NI & VAR base
• Detailed understanding and experience of channel sales process & implementing channel programs.
• Ability to network within a customer organization to identify key influencers and decision makers demonstrable experience selling complex IT/telecoms solutions through an indirect model solid understanding of IP and Telecoms Industry
Requirements
