ENT Specialist | JCI-Accredited Healthcare Facility | Immediate Hiring

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced ENT Specialist to join a leading healthcare facility. The successful candidate will diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, perform ENT procedures, and provide comprehensive patient-centered care in accordance with international clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive ENT consultations and clinical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage disorders of the ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck structures.
• Manage conditions including sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, tonsillitis, otitis media, hearing disorders, vertigo, nasal obstruction, and voice disorders.
• Perform ENT procedures and minor surgical interventions within the scope of expertise.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic procedures such as nasal endoscopy, otoscopy, audiometry, and tympanometry where applicable.
• Evaluate and manage patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, and balance disorders.
• Manage acute ENT emergencies and provide appropriate treatment.
• Perform or assist with procedures such as nasal endoscopy, foreign body removal, ear procedures, and tonsil/adenoid-related interventions where qualified.
• Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up care.
• Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, preventive care, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
• Ensure compliance with healthcare authority regulations, hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• MS / DNB / MD / MRCS / DOHNS / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience as an ENT Specialist.
• Strong clinical and procedural experience in general ENT.
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and patient management skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
