- Perform routine, type-related, and special tests on LV switchgear panels in accordance with IEC 61439 and project specifications.
- Conduct electrical tests including:
- Insulation resistance (IR)
- Dielectric withstand (HV)
- Continuity tests
- Functional and interlock checks
- Coordinate and witness FAT with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors.
- Verify correct wiring, torque tightening, busbar assembly, earthing, and labeling before testing.
- Prepare, review, and submit test reports, FAT procedure, and compliance records.
- Identify nonconformities, raise NCRs, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with production, QC, and engineering teams to resolve test-related issues.
- Ensure testing activities comply with HSE requirements and safe working practices.
- Maintain calibration status of test instruments and testing equipment.
- Support commissioning teams with test data and technical clarifications when required.
