JOB PURPOSE:
Primary Focus: Execution, data management, reporting, analytics, compliance coordination, and process support.
Supports the implementation of the Drilling Services Division (DSD) and Integrated Drilling Services Division (IDS) Performance Excellence framework through operational performance monitoring, KPI reporting, quality assurance coordination, competency management administration, digitalization initiatives, and continuous improvement activities. Responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting operational and business performance data while supporting audits, business planning, training governance, and compliance requirements across the DSD & IDS Divisions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and analyze operational performance data from DSD & IDS functions.
- Support preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reports.
- Maintain performance databases and reporting dashboards.
- Support development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools.
- Monitor NPT, tool reliability, utilization, personnel competency, and operational performance metrics.
- Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, executive updates, activity outlooks, HSE assurance reports, manpower/manhour reports, rig visit trackers, competition performance updates, and other recurring management reports.Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Conduct trend analysis and root cause analysis on operational performance data.
- Prepare performance scorecards and management reports.
- Support predictive analytics and performance forecasting initiatives.
- Generate data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency.Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Support implementation of QMS requirements and audit programs.
- Maintain quality records and compliance documentation.
- Assist in tender quality reviews and supplier evaluations.
- Support corrective and preventive action tracking arising from audits and investigations.Competency & Training Management
- Administer DSD & IDS competency records and training matrices.
- Track employee competencies, certifications, and mandatory training requirements.
- Support implementation of competency assessment programs.
- Maintain training records and coordinate training schedules.Digitalization & Systems Support
- Support administration of DSMS and related operational databases.
- Coordinate user access and system compliance monitoring.
- Assist in implementation of Power Platform, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Support data integrity and reporting system improvements.Audit & Assurance Support
- Prepare audit evidence and compliance documentation.
- Support AIMS and QMS audit activities.
- Monitor closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Maintain audit trackers and compliance registers.Tendering Support & Coordination
- Support tendering activities by coordinating and consolidating technical, operational, HSE, quality, competency, performance, and compliance requirements from relevant stakeholders. Assist in the preparation, review, validation, and submission of tender documentation, ensuring all technical and functional requirements are accurately captured and aligned with ADNOC Drilling standards, contractual requirements, and business objectives.HSE & Regulatory Compliance
- Support HSEPS reporting activities.
- Maintain records related to FANR, PCC, Anti-Collision, and other mandatory certifications.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC Drilling quality, safety, and assurance requirements.Business Continuity & Risk Support
- Support DSD & IDS business continuity activities, including MOC/DGS, risk register updates, POB monitoring, blind spot reviews, competency assurance inputs, and business continuity evidence/documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Management, Computer Science, or related discipline.Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
- 8 years experience in drilling operations, operational excellence, performance reporting, QA/QC, business intelligence, or related functions.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Excel Advanced Analytics, and database management.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AIMS, KPI reporting, and audit processes.
