Job Description
Reservations Agent
You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

What you will be doing:
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or similar field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of operational experience in hotel reservations, front office functions, or guest services
- Working understanding of reservations principles and hotel management systems
- Strong reporting and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated sales and upselling experience with a focus on revenue optimization
- Proficiency with computer systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest requests with professionalism
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Additional Information
experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related systemStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus .
Arabic speaker will be an advantage.
