The Employee Success, Government Representative Advisor manages all interactions between the company and Saudi government authorities. The role ensures compliance with Saudi regulations, manages official documentation, and coordinates government-related processes such as visas, labor registrations, and company licensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all government-related transactions for the company.
• Process employee visas, work permits, iqama issuance and renewals.
• Manage company registrations and updates with government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and immigration regulations.
• Coordinate with ministries and government departments for approvals.
• Maintain records of government documentation and company licenses.
• Monitor expiry dates of licenses, visas, iqamas, and company registrations.
• Support HR and Legal teams in regulatory processes and documentation.
• Represent the company in government offices when required.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government procedures.
• Experience using Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Absher portals.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong communication and government liaison skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and regulatory compliance.
