ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading healthcare provider in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Consultant to join its growing clinical team and support its high-acuity emergency, trauma and resuscitation services.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals, and modern diagnostic and treatment facilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the assessment and stabilisation of emergency, trauma, cardiac, medical, surgical, and paediatric presentations.
- Manage resuscitation, airway management, procedural sedation, and critical decision-making in the emergency department.
- Triage complex cases, supervise emergency teams, and coordinate timely specialist referrals.
- Ensure safe patient flow, observation unit decisions, transfers, and discharge planning.
- Participate in disaster preparedness, trauma protocols, simulation training, and clinical governance.
- Maintain accurate emergency documentation, medico-legal compliance, and patient safety standards.
