Electrical Foreman (Saudi Arabia)

In this role, the Electrical Foreman will oversee electrical teams on site, ensuring that all tasks are executed effectively and safely. Your expertise will be essential in driving project timelines and achieving quality standards while maintaining a high level of safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support throughout each project phase.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure electrical systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate electrical work with ongoing construction activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections performed.
• Implement safety measures in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all electrical installations adhere to local and international standards.Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical work, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 5 year of experience of Maintenance field.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Ability to lead a team effectively, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in high-voltage installations is a plus.
• Must possess a valid electrical license or certification.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project needs.
