To support and perform basic electrical maintenance tasks (preventive and corrective) for workshop equipment and machinery under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, ensuring operational efficiency and strict adherence to safety standards.
Inspection & Diagnostics Support:
- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical faults using diagnostic devices (e.g., Multimeters, Oscilloscopes).
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to identify issues.Daily Maintenance Execution:
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) activities as instructed.
- Participate in replacing damaged electrical components and testing equipment post-repair to ensure readiness.
- Update maintenance logs and enter data into the maintenance system (CMMS).Technical Coordination:
- Assist in identifying required spare parts, tools, and materials for workshop needs.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to follow up on work progress and prepare daily status reports.Safety & Compliance:
• Strictly adhere to occupational safety guidelines, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols for electrical safety.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop working environment.
Electrical Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, and schematics.
Tool Proficiency: Basic knowledge of using electrical testing tools and reading technical catalogs.
Eagerness to Learn: Strong desire for hands-on learning and technical problem-solving.
Teamwork: Effective communication skills and ability to adapt to a workshop environment.
