Your Day to Day

As a Duty Manager, you will be front and centre of our stage, actively working to aid the Guest Experience by building connections with our guests and being imaginative to craft wonderful memories.

You will be someone who likes to get to know people, able to start a conversation and socialise with our guests and colleagues. You will establish and develop personal contact with our guests with the ultimate aim of enhancing the feeling of comfort, warmth and care throughout their stay.

This role will perpetuate the Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown’s neighbourhood story and strong service culture for the Front Office Department. You will inspire colleagues to become experts of the local attractions, helping curate authentic experiences and recommendations for guests to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Your duties will include assisting the Guest Experience Manager – Front Office in representing the brand by successfully administering and executing all front office operations daily. You will be responsible for proactive lobby management as well as a consistent, passionate approach to exceptional guest experience. You’ll also champion the individuality of colleagues and foster a work environment of care, empowerment, and recognition.

The role will require frequent liaison will all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

We’re looking for a Duty Manger with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in hotel operations. Ideally, you’ll have worked within a boutique or lifestyle hotel.
