Your Role:

• Assist the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across various sectors.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for our clients’ needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of job specifications and expectations.
• Promote effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
• Utilize diverse recruitment platforms and tools to attract high-quality talent efficiently.
• Contribute to team discussions, providing insights and innovative ideas to enhance recruitment strategies.
• Participate in continuous professional development through training opportunities to develop your recruitment expertise. Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
• Strong communication skills for effective engagement with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage recruitment tasks efficiently.
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
