• Visit customs offices, free zones, and government authorities for document submission, follow-ups, and clearances

• Collect and deliver official documents, parcels, and materials between office locations and external stakeholders

• Support customs-related activities such as attestations, stamping, and approvals

• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely handling of all documents

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with traffic and company safety rules

• Report delays, issues, or discrepancies to the reporting manager

• Assist with office errands as assigned, Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the vehicle is always clean and well-maintained.

• Trip Sheet Collection: Collect the next day's delivery sheet from the Delivery Office.

• Customer Confirmation: Before loading, call customers to confirm Power Supply, Space, and Building premises for delivery.

• Loading: Load the items at D-1

• Item Scanning: Scan all items during loading.

• Timely Departure: Leave the warehouse before 8:30 AM on delivery days.

• Pre-Departure Check: Ensure all items are loaded and obtain a signature from the supervisor before leaving the warehouse.
