Drilling Engineer - Workover (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is currently looking for a talented and experienced Drilling Engineer - Workover for our client in Saudi Arabia. Our client is a prominent player in the Oil & Gas industry, and this role offers a unique opportunity to engage in challenging projects within a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and implement workover and intervention programs.
• Analyze well performance and make technical recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure safe and effective execution of workover operations.
• Evaluate and select appropriate drilling and workover technologies.
• Monitor drilling and workover activities to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present technical reports to management and stakeholders.
• Provide on-site support and technical expertise during workover operations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in drilling and workover operations in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Worked with well control services companies or well control equipment providers or worked with drilling & WO companies.
• Experience with drilling software and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team-focused environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia and travel to project sites as needed.
