Every day is different, but youāll mostly be:
āManaging daily sales activities and coaching your team to deliver to their full potential
āHitting all personal and team sales goals to help us maximise profitability
āCreating and implementing sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, foodāÆand beverage and banquet sales
āProducing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
āLeading marketing efforts to up-sell guests on hotel services, offerings, and amenities
What We need from you:
āBachelorās degree / higher education qualification / equivalent ināÆmarketing or related field
āFour or more years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales and marketing setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
āStrong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required
āMust speak local language(s)
- Other languages preferred

Requirements
- ā¢Bachelorās degree or higher education qualification in marketing or related field
- ā¢Four or more years of experience in hospitality or hotel sales and marketing
- ā¢Direct supervisory experience over a sales team
- ā¢Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends
- ā¢Must speak local language(s)
- ā¢Other languages preferred
