Job Description
As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. You will oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, manage the marketing budget, and ensure effective resource allocation. Your leadership will be pivotal in mentoring and motivating the sales and marketing team, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, identify new business opportunities to expand the customer base, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Additionally, monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Marketing and Branding: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the resort, enhance the brand's visibility and reputation through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and partnerships, and develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment, set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team, and conduct regular performance reviews while providing ongoing training and development.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all touchpoints, implement and manage CRM systems to track customer interactions and feedback, and develop strategies to enhance guest loyalty and repeat business
- Event Management: Coordinate and oversee events, conferences, and promotions at the resort, and collaborate with other departments to ensure successful execution of events.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance, including analysis of key metrics, present findings and recommendations to senior management, and use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in hospitality industry sales and marketing, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing strategies, CRM software, and analytics tools to optimize marketing campaigns and customer engagement.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and execute methodically, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance business outcomes.
