Your Day to Day
As Director of Revenue, you will play a critical role in shaping the hotelās commercial success by leading revenue strategy, analytics, and performance optimization across rooms and total hotel revenue streams. You will work closely with the General Manager and Commercial Leadership Team to ensure data-driven decision-making and alignment with IHGās global revenue frameworks.
- Lead and execute the hotelās Revenue Management strategy to maximize RevPAR, GOP, and overall profitability
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, competitor performance, and distribution channels to drive optimal pricing and inventory decisions
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning for rooms revenue
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align commercial strategies and achieve business objectives
- Ensure effective channel management, rate integrity, and optimization across all booking platforms
- Leverage IHG systems, tools, and analytics to enhance revenue performance and reporting accuracy
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Revenue team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Present clear insights, recommendations, and performance updates to Executive Committee and ownership stakeholdersWhat We Need From You
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience in a senior Revenue Management role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of pricing strategies, distribution, and demand forecasting
- Experience within IHG or an international hotel brand is highly desirable
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and performance-driven environmentWhat We Offer
