Every moment is elevated by thoughtful Four Seasons service, anticipating each guest’s unique personal needs – whether the goal is relaxing on vacation or staying efficient for business.At Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi at Al Maryah Island, we are looking for a passionate Director of People & Culture to join our team. Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads the Human Resources strategy and execution within the property. The Director of People and Culture will provide human resources support through collaboration and direction for functional issues and needs. The Director of People and Culture will inform and consult with the General Manager and Regional Director of People and Culture as appropriate.
Requirements
- •Proven experience as Director of People and Culture or similar HR leadership role
- •Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably luxury hotels
- •Strong understanding of HR strategy and execution
- •Ability to collaborate and provide direction for functional HR needs
Nice to Have
- •Experience with Four Seasons' HR principles
- •Knowledge of Abu Dhabi labor laws
Responsibilities
