Director of Finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights for improvements and cost efficiency.
• Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors as necessary.
• Evaluate financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting positions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing financial operations and developing successful financial strategies.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and auditing standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
